Cindy Coakley is the Managing Broker for the Coakley Group. With over 21 years with expertise in selling and listing new home construction, REO properties, residential resales, and vacant land properties; her array of expertise serves our clients in many facets.

Cindy focuses on luxury new construction with current Builder portfolio encompassing Murray Franklyn and Creative Home Partners.

She is known for being persistent and responsive to her ever changing clients needs and the ups and downs of our regions market conditions.

With a designation as a Managing Broker, Certified New Homes Sales Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist and a part of Windermere’s Builders Solution Program, she brings a multitude of experience in all residential sales and negotiations. Her strengths as a managing Broker are great communication, negotiation skills and attention to detail.
