Cindy Coakley is the Managing Broker for the Coakley Group. With over 21 years with expertise in selling and listing new home construction, REO properties, residential resale, and vacant land properties; her array of expertise serves our clients in many facets.

Cindy’s experience encompasses new home plats including master planned communities Harrison Street and Grand Ridge Drive at Issaquah Highlands . Her Builder portfolio is comprised of Murray Franklyn, Creative Home Partners, Sinclair Thimgan, Troy Schmeil, and Hann Construction.

She is known for being persistent and responsive to her ever changing clients needs and the ups and downs of our regions market conditions.

With a designation as a Managing Broker, Certified New Homes Sales Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist, she brings a multitude of experience in all residential sales and negotiations. Her strengths as a managing Broker are great communication, negotiation skills and attention to detail.
