I became enamored with this business since I was a little girl. I grew up visiting job sites and touring new construction communities as my father, Joe Coakley, developed master planned communities up and down the West Coast.
I’m a third-generation realtor with 18 years of experience, involvement in over 800+ transactions, and a deep obsession with creating systems and processes to scale a Broker or team. I would enter real estate as a Director of Operations post graduating the University of Washington and spend 10 years in the operations side of the business, learning from leaders in luxury before going out on my own.
When I founded the Coakley Group in 2018, my goal was to serve clients with a different level of service and care. I’ve built my real estate practice on the principles of integrity, upholding a high set of ethics, working and hustling hard, and collaborating with Brokers. My clientele is compromised of builders, past clients and referrals.
I am a luxury home specialist with my key differentiator being how I market a property, differently and more aggressively than the average Broker. For my Buyers, I work hard at creating opportunities for off market acquisitions and exceeding their time expectations.
I reside on the Eastside and have for 28 years.
